The entrance road is an old, narrow (1 lane) logging road with a few potholes to navigate. Right before the cabin, there is a very steep hill that can be intense if you're not used to mountain driving. If straight, flat roads are your thing, please look elsewhere. If you have any concerns, we are happy to send you a video of the drive to the property. 🍳 Kitchen & Dining The generously stocked kitchen has everything you need, from a Keurig Duo (bring your favorite K-cups or ground coffee) to stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. Gather around the ten-person dining table or oversized granite island with leathered granite for meals, game nights, or coffee with scenic views. A great place to make some home-cooked memories! 🛋 Relax & Unwind Lounge in the inviting living room with a Roku Smart TV and a electric fireplace. Enjoy puzzles, board games, or books for an authentic cabin experience and some screen-free time. 🛏 Sleep in Comfort After a day of hiking, outlet shopping, or zip lining, unwind in 3 spacious bedrooms or the custom-built bunk area (please note the lower level bunk beds are in an open area with no door) with Beckham pillows & soft white linens. Each room has its own Roku Smart TV. Close to activities, yet far enough away to escape the crowds. Other things to note Good to Know Before Arriving at Wears Crest: Primary renter must: ✔️ be 21+ years of age, ✔️ provide a government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name, ✔️ provide a list of guest names staying in the cabin, ✔️ be present during the booking period. 🗺️ Cabin Location Reference: To get a sense of how far we are from all the area attractions, use Pawpaw's Catfish Kitchen (2760 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862) as a reference point. 📸 Security Camera: We’ve got a motion-activated Ring floodlight camera on the top right corner of the front of the cabin. That’s the only camera on the property. 🧺 What We Provide: Fresh, clean white linens Starter supplies of: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing and laundry pods, and hotel sized soap shampoo & conditioner ***For longer stays, you might need to grab some extras from the store 🛌 Sleeps 12 Folks Comfy-Like: Bedrooms 2 King, 1 queen Bunk room 2 full beds, 2 twin beds 🚪 Heads-Up on Bedroom Layout: The downstairs bunk room is open-style — no doors. 📺 TV Setup: Our smart TVs are in guest mode, ready for you to log into your own streaming apps. ⏰ No Early Check-Ins or Late Check-Outs: We appreciate your understanding! 🧒 Lil’ Ones: Please keep a close eye on children near the balcony hot tub, and fire table. Kids under 6 aren’t allowed in the hot tub. 🚗 Parking Info: Flat parking area with room for 3 cars. 🐜 Critters & Creatures: Our place is treated monthly to keep unwelcome visitors outside the cabin, but we are in the woods, and you might see some bugs or even a bear or two. ❄️ Weather Warnings: While rare , snow or ice might make 4-wheel drive helpful. Power, internet, or roads can be affected by weather — these things are out of our control and don’t qualify for refunds. ✅ Travel Insurance Recommended: Life happens!
